By accessing or using AD-PROFIT MASTER (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AD-PROFIT MASTER provides software tools to model, simulate and forecast profit margins across e-commerce funnels and multi-tier MLM commission structures. All outputs are projections based on the inputs you provide and are intended for informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying source code.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Submit malicious data designed to harm other users or the Service infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

AD-PROFIT MASTER is not a licensed financial, investment or legal advisor. Projections, health checks and recommendations produced by the Service are estimates only. You are solely responsible for any business decision made using the Service.

All content, branding, source code and design of the Service remain the exclusive property of AD-PROFIT MASTER. You retain full ownership of the business data you input into the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD-PROFIT MASTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
